Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the country organization with projects and activities within sales, marketing and tenders to achieve successful outcomes.
A challenging role with the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of projects.
Responsibilities:


 Support development of communication deliverables including campaigns, advertisements a.s.o.
 Support tender applications
 Administer marketing campaigns in CRM system, help measure ROI from campaign activities, track impact of marketing campaign activities in conjunction with Customer Services
 Administer returned patient evaluations and prepare and collate survey monkey evaluation results
 Assist and review all website activities, edits, changes
 Project manage product migration activities for both brands
 Coordinate customer logistics and assist with educational meetings
 Coordinate exhibitions
 Coordinate internal sales and marketing related meetings
 Provide support to sales representatives in line with defined requirements and business specific value propositions
 Coordinate purchase orders and invoices
 Translations of Global/Nordic marketing materials from English to the local language
 Any additional ad hoc marketing support as required
 Back Up for local Customer Service to be able to handle calls and orders
 Participate in Nordic or local Sales and Marketing meetings
    Work Experience Requirements
 Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
    Education Requirements
 High level secondary education is essential. A degree is desirable but not essential.
    Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
 High level of competence in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, InDesign, CRM system, Survey Monkey (or equivalent)
 Previous experience in website administration
 Have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
 Ability to project manage and construct organised systems to ensure projects and requests are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
 Be organized, focused and apply an analytical approach
 Use initiative to keep projects and tasks on track
 Excellent attention to detail
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, service and networking skills – strong oral and written comprehension and expression
 A delight the customer mindset
 Confident and competent on the telephone, in person, in writing professional e-mails and in a customer-facing environment
 Team player with a friendly, helpful attitude who goes the extra mile to get the job done
    Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
 Must be fluent in local language and English
